Bought KeyShot 9 Pro on Fri, Jul 17, 2020. Can't access download.

As I said in the title, I bought KeyShot 9 for $1995.00 in Jul 2020.
My Invoice Number is: c13246041555032.1

But when I go to https://buy.keyshot.com/pages/installation as the email instructs, I get a simple login page requesting a password (that I was never given). See image:

How in the world can I get access to my purchased version of KeyShot 9?

Can someone please help?
